Mr. James Robert Epps, 73, of 43 Ferry Road N.E. died Saturday morning in Fort Walton Beach Hospital. Born in Kirkpatrick, Ind., he moved to Fort Walton in 1967. He was a retired businessman. He belonged to Pease Lutheran Church in Clarmont, Minn. Funeral services will be conducted in Minnesota from the Conley Funeral Home in Owatonna, Minn. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery in Owatonna. He is survived by two sons, William C. Epps of Fort Walton and Arvin R. Epps of Clarmont, Minn.; a daughter, Mrs. John Manley of West Covina, Calif. and 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Arrangements in Fort Walton were handled by McLaughlin Mortuary.
